We stayed here in April with friends while walking the Camino del Norte. The rooms are new (or newly refinished), clean, and nicely furnished. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. We ate a simple, tasty dinner and good breakfast as well at Rincon de Yaxu. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful location with beautiful landscapes. Automatically disconnected from the buzz of the city. The place was clean (which is the most important for us). Evelia was kind enough to stay until 22:00 to give us a late check in as our train got delayed. Breakfast was great too! We wish we could have stayed a little longer. The only unfortunate thing which we didn’t really understand was that we were not allowed to stay a little bit after the check out to work remotely despite the fact there was space for it and the casona was not in high occupancy. Perhaps a little more flexibility in that regard could attract more customers.

Location beautiful and peaceful. Host very helpful, great cook and very attentive. Thoroughly recommend, especially if you like to be of the beaten track.

A very traditional rural hotel yet not far from the main roads and beach. We were only there for one night and were the only guests in the hotel but Rosalina and Alberto made us feel so welcome like we were visiting friends. We were allocated a room at the front of the hotel which had an enclosed balcony and lovely views across the fields towards the mountains. The public rooms are nicely decorated ,cosy, warm and welcoming. There is a bar where you just write down your drinks and pay at checkout. There are snacks available and for dinner we had homemade soup, anchovies, croquettes, a variety of local cheeses, with a nice red wine which was an excellent price, and for dessert a rice pudding. All very tasty and fresh and cooked by Rosalina. Breakfast is served, not a buffet, and again was tasty and fresh. When we checked out Rosalina gave us so much information about places to visit and a bit of history about the places too which was very much apreciated. A lovely rural hotel.

Just a wonderful stay at Hotel Mirador de la Franca. Gorgeous location, friendly staff, comfortable lounge and room and good food. I felt so well taken care of and like my stay was a real treat! Amazing value for money.

Wonderful location - so peaceful. Watching the river, mountains and birds was just perfect. Room with huge balcony/terrace actually overhanging the water. Lovely walks too. The owners were wonderful hosts and the home cooked food was excellent. Hotel is simple but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of free parking spaces.

Lovely clean room and wonderful service. Quiet location but close to Llanes, Golf, walks etc

The garden is simply beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains. The pictures of the rooms don't do them justice. They are much nicer in reality. There is a lot of choice at breakfast. The rooms are rather spacious and clean. The people who operate the hotel are not your typical hotel staff, and with that I mean they are not the fake friendly type, but if you make an effort to speak a little spanish (a few words are enough really), you'll find them very helpful, generous and friendly. The location is close to the highway, but we didn't hear it from our rooms because it's a lot lower on the hill. You're very centrally located to all the Asturian beach towns and even the Picos de Europa are only a short drive away.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful with our requests. It was walking distance from 3 beaches and central streets with shops and restaurants.

The view is amazing and the staff are lovely.

What a cozy place! An old villa with its own authentic atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. In our apartment, there was an unexpected bonus-a kitchen equipped with everything we needed: a microwave, coffee machine, and utensils. I would like to thank the incredibly kind staff! Everyone was eager to help, give advice, and make our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent-right in the heart of the city with easy access to the beach. And the breakfasts in the café downstairs are simply amazing! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!
