The waterpark was lovely, the kids easily spent a full day there. The wife was really happy with the spa. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient. The kayaking was great and easy for the family. The staff in the Kayaking and all the other facilities were really friendly, not resort friendly but genuinely friendly.

I absolutely enjoy my stay at the BW Plus Pearl - the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, the hotel is in a very convenient location (close to the airport but you’re also very fast in the city), breakfast was nice and I also enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant. The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Big plus is the coffee shop at the ground floor where I enjoyed a fantastic coffee and a very delicious cake. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to other fellow travelers!

close to the airport, a new hotel, the breafast was so good, i like ingera a lot , or firfir . And then the fresh fruits, the fresh juices, cakes. Also i liked the neighbourhood, if you exit the hotel and go to the left. Small authentic coffee shops, very good restaurants, grocerie shops

Like was the case the other time when I stayed at this hotel, I enjoyed my stay during this trip. The staff have always been professional and welcoming; the room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony; Internet and hot water worked well throughout my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch as well. I could order food from the kitchen late at night and had it served in my room. I requested the hotel shuttle for airport pickup and drop-off at the hotel. It came on time and was free for both trips. I highly recommend!
