It is 3 mins walk to AU HQ, so very conveniently located for those coming to attend a conference there like me. The hotel is managed by a friendly lady and team, who went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. I found it good value for money, compared to pricy international hotels here. I would go back again for my future missions to Addis Ababa.

Hera Addis Hotel was one of my best accommodations in Ethiopia. The staff were incredibly helpful, the entire hotel was spotless, and the room was so cozy that I genuinely looked forward to returning there every day. A great bonus was the included airport transfer—it was quick, comfortable, and reliable. The breakfasts were delicious, and I even visited the restaurant a few times for dinner. Additionally, the hotel’s relative proximity to the "metro" was very convenient, especially before I got used to navigating the city’s transportation system.

The best resort you can stay in. Everything is perfect, staffs, room, food, facilities. I booked for one night but when i reached there i decide to book another night, which i did. They are so care about everything & be sure you are happy & comfortable. The manager call me at night to check if i need anything before bedtime. They have free spa so i got nice massage. All the staff are cheerful especially Eldana & the sweetest Meaza. Thanks a lot for make my stay so comfortable
