The apartment is great and very clean., It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is close to shops, restaurants, tram station to Geneve. The big plus are the hosts Phillipe and Véronique. They greeted us personally and explained everything to us. They also were available for any questions that we had. They had prepared a booklet containing a lot of information about the room, builing, neighborhood, recommendations for public transport, for restaurants, shops, fuel stations, hospitals, etc. Useful and very well thought out!

This was a great place to stay when visiting Geneva and Chamonix. It was a simple ride from the main Geneva station, and the apartment is one block away from the Annemasse train station. We had fun having breakfast on the balcony and despite the heat, we had a good breeze going through the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, and the space was very comfortable overall. There were plenty of shopping places, restaurants, bakeries, etc., nearby, so everything was very convenient, and much more affordable than Geneva.

We had problems due to our air conditioning was broken, the receptionist girl (blonde, i couldn't remember her name but i guess it was christian, not sure), helped us a lot by giving extra blanket and changed our room one day after. the cleaning of room and hotel was quite well and enough. Even the whitewash had just been done. Thanks for everything, we will visit again if we travel to Geneve again.

Highly recommend this very clean, friendly, and well located hotel in Annemasse. The rooms are large and serviced daily. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The 17 tram into Geneva is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The price per night is much less than staying in Geneva that is less than 20 minutes away by tram.

great location in the centre of Annemasse. the hosts are very helpful and the apartment is very smart yet cosy and comfortable. lovely hot shower and quslity fixtures as well as modern well equipped kitchen.

The hotel is excellent. I stay usually in Geneva but this time here in Annamasse and had a good experience.
