Having staged, marketed and sold real estate for 35 years, this is a prime example of owner not keeping up with maintenance and updating- loosing any competitive edge… not protecting the resource. This property has great POTENTIAL! - it sadly suffers from significant amount of “deferred maintenance” and needs updating.
