Clean, beautiful view from my room, everything I needed, and very friendly staff.

Location is very convenient.Its a short walk to the ski lifts,shops and bus stop. A very quaint and pleasant atmosphere with beautiful view of the mountains and the picturesque village. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

We looked for an affordable place to stay -- of which there are very few -- and Les Mélèzes exactly fit the bill. It is a bit old-fashioned with very simple rooms, e.g., our quad room had two normal twin beds and two bunk beds. The huge surprise as the dinner and breakfast, which were outstanding with fresh garden vegetables and fresh cheese. Not only that, they were reasonably priced: the same food at a restaurant would have easily been double the price,.

I have done alot of traveling, and the view from my room was possibly the most spectacular I have ever had. The location was perfect, close to town and shops/restaurants, but right on the lake for peace, quiet and beauty. I am an elderly woman, and had a broken suitcase, so Beatrice gave me a free upgrade to put me on the first floor. Very accommodating, and what a bonus. The breakfast is great, the decor warm and cozy, the shuttle to the mountain is easy. I couldn't ask for anything more. You will not be disappointed.

The team was wonderful and very helpful. The front desk attendants helped us with our delayed luggage issue. They turned a disappointing start from British airways completely around. The rooms were very cozy. The food was great. The spa was very relaxing.

All the personnel are nice and very helpful, the rooms are quite clean and fresh. Most of the days breakfast was tasty. The room had a big TV, could stream from my phone there.

Beautiful decor and very tasteful throughout

The location is exceptional. It is not fancy, but comfortable, plenty of hot water, the sauna and steam is a bonus, food is good and staff are helpful and friendly.

Wonderful central location! Modern alpine furnishings. Always love to have a coffee machine and a towel warmer in a wintry location! Staff was super!

Great staff, very close to ski hill, comfortable room, nice view

We absolutely loved the spa and both my partner and I had the best massages of our lives there. The breakfast was healthy and with lots of variety, and the property in general was beautiful. The best was the service though. Absolutely everything was taken care of for us! Super easy to rent skis as the shop is literally next door, and when you come down from the slopes you’re straight onto the hotel. Definitely the best located hotel in Val D’Isere.

We like every thing about this hotel ! It is lovely place, very comfortable, clean and full of surprises! but mostly I was impressed with personal! Unbelievable professional, attentive, helpful, delicate, smiling personal! Thank you team of Le K2 Chogori hope to see you again!
