Except for our WiFi which was too slow, our stay was exceptional: the rooms and materials were perfect (lots of real oak), the design was new and trendy, the restaurant was out of this world and fairly priced, the wine was local and fantastic, the breakfast for €25 was bottomless and with fresh products (bread, fruits, jam, all kinds of cheeses, ham) and you can get free freshly made eggs and crepes upon demand, pools and jacuzzi were clean, the outdoor area clean, 1 hour massage for €85 was good, the staff was caring. Best stay ever, even got a free bottle of wine to make up for the WiFi problem.

The staff was more than excellent as we were late and they contacted us when we did not arrive at the time we informed them about. They waited for us until almost 23.00. We were late because of the traffic in Italy and Switzerland. They already wrote a note in case we would arrive even later.

Difficult to get there - take a train to Bollwiller, then...

Difficult to get there - take a train to Bollwiller, then taxi to the Ecomusee de L’Alsace, and the nearby Petit Prince Park is a bonus for families. Since I could not solve the logistics, I took a taxi from the central station in Mulhouse (train station Mulhouse Ville). Once I was there, it was easier to find a less expensive ride back.

An open-air museum, very informative with numerous...

An open-air museum, very informative with numerous activities, run by people who introduce you to traditional crafts. And to top it all off, an excellent restaurant with extraordinary local cuisine and very friendly staff. A must-see.

Poor organization.

Poor organization. We arrived in the dark, the weather was bad, and the grounds were completely unlit and therefore impossible to see. Shame! The path to the parking lot was unclear, as was the path to the site entrance. The reception was completely unsympathetic and lacked empathy. Everything was dark, irresponsible, and dangerous! Frustration all around! The cottage was okay, what you'd expect.

Excellent rooms. Very confortable for a family of four. Staff were very nice on arrival and food from restaurant was delicious. Our little girl felt asleep and we were able to order from the restaurant and bring our food back to the room. Staff were very accomodating. The hotel is just next to eco musée and parc du petit prince. Parking was safe and gated community.

Very friendly and helpful hosts! The hotel is clean and quiet, and we loved the 'Textile' room. We didn't have time for the spa this visit, but we'll definitely be back for it next time!

It was lovely and comfortable. The staff we really helpful, they even kept our bags in reception whist we were at the park. Our daughter said it was the best hotel of the trip.

Stopover to break the journey and booked last minute as other hotels were all fully booked. Very old needs more clean and maintenance.
