Located in Belford in the Northumberland region and Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve reachable within 16 mi, Dunlin provides accommodations with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a restaurant and free... Really impressed at the facilities. On the one night I cooked, everything that I needed was there (I usually take basic utensils). The wi-fi worked excellently, the bed was comfortable and there were TVs in the two main rooms. Bonus points for the walk-in shower. The actual property was peaceful and there is a spa (although we didn't give ourselves a chance to use it)

Great place for stop over, could have stayed longer. Dont be put off that its part if a service station. Great place to stay for exploring locally. Loved Seahouses and Bamburgh. Now in Berwick and not impressed
Convenient location and very hospitable hosts but the village its self was dull. Can't comment on eating places as apart from a tearoom their was absolutely NOWHERE (apart from a chippy....) to eat. The 2 pubs advertised when food was available. The night we went, they decided not to!
I have stayed in lots of places in Northumberland but Bedford people are so friendly. Well House coffee shop was excellent and enjoyed food and great company in The Black Swan . Fish and chips at Seahouses (Lewis’ ) and walks on Bamburgh beach and the Holy Island. So relaxing.
A number of places were easily accessible from Belford. For example the wonderful, unspoilt Northumberland coast, Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle & Seahouses. We stayed at and ate at 'The White Swan Inn', also we had a lovely fish supper in Seahouses.
Lovely village. Very welcoming and friendly locals. Nice pubs, chip shop and co-op all within walking distance. Only a couple of minutes from the A1 and very close to lots of local attractions and places to visit.
Plenty to see on Holy Island enjoyed the castle and watching the seals bobbing about, nice walk around the Priory. Highly recommend Serenity boat trips for a trip around the Farne Islands, Very knowledgeable and wonderful wildlife
