This charming half timber-framed, half Cotswold-stone hotel dates back to the 16th Century when it was a country retreat for the Abbotts of Pershore. Ambience! Charming Cotswold Structure. It was great in 1971 and even better in 2019! Interior Design was excellent for this retired designer! Thank you!

Dating back to the 13th century, Buckland Manor is set in immaculate gardens, featuring croquet lawns and tennis courts. Sumptuous bedrooms have bathrobes, fresh apples and toiletries. Stayed one night in the most beautiful room. The staff were very friendly and hospitable the dining for breakfast and dinner was amazing the gardens in particular were stunning, will definitely come back in the near future and stay longer. Thank you to Kearin and the Romanian waiter wonderful people a credit to the Buckland Manor.
Broadway was a quaint town, very pretty to walk through. There was a lovely steam train that went from Toddington to Cheltenham and back, which was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours meandering through the countryside.
Broadway is a very pretty village. The Indian restaurant there is to be recommended. Hotels such as The Broadway Hotel and The Swan have restaurants which are quite pricey and The Swan advertised Sunday roasts but had run out in the evening !
Excellent location close to Broadway and for visiting various open gardens/houses etc in the vicinity. Broadway is a charming place to visit with interesting shops and places to eat. Lowerfield Farm is also close to some excellent eating places and pubs. We would recommend The Kings Arms at Mickleton and the Childswickham Brasserie for good food. For the best food with a view, The Mount PH at Stanton should not be missed. The view across The Vale of Evesham towards the Malvern Hills in the distance is stunning and the village itself is full of interesting Cotswold stone houses.
Was wonderful just browsing round the shops and going for a bite to eat. We eat in the Crown and Trumpet fish and chips were good. Indian restaurant was good. Found Broadway easy to walk around. Enjoyed going to quaint villages from Broadway.
Lovely village - ancient hotel very well maintained and with a really striking extension with the main restaurant and a sunny terrace outside. I think we'll be back ... although it is 3 hours drive but such a beautiful part of the country. Good food in the hotel.
Beautiful Broadway, full of original independent shops. Wonderful places to eat and fabulous historic buildings. February may be wet & cold but a good time to visit. In the spring/summer months the place is teaming with tourists.
