The accommodation is located in a separate building from the main golf club and whilst during our stay it was Captains Day their was no noise are disturbance from the late night celebrations taking place in the adjacent golf club. Whilst also located adjacent to the main road again there was no disturbance from the passing traffic. The property is easily accessible with adequate free parking and located within easy reach of local amenities and tourist attractions in the area. Whilst an excellent breakfast is included and served in the adjacent golf club restaurant a fully fitted kitchen is available in the property to allow self catering if required. Basic food (bread, cerelas, etc) are also provided. The restaurant in the adjacent golf club serves excellent food and is the most highly rated in the area amongst the local community and extremely good value. The accommodation is excellent. Rooms are spacious, confortable beds, and spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and nothing is too much to ask. All in all excellent value for money and highly recommended. I for one will definately be heading back!

It's a fantastic hotel I really couldn't fault it at all. Fantastic views of Lough Eren. We had food in the hotel both nights and it was lovely. The first night in the cellar bar we had fish and chips and it was top notch. Second night we had our dinner in the Belleek restaurant for my wife's birthday and it was beautiful.Great selection of cocktails and drinks on offer with the most comfortable seats in the Water gate bar . The breakfast both mornings we had a great view of the Lough and the attention to detail from the staff was very impressive. We did the stairway to heaven which is a half an hour drive away and we came back to a beautiful dip in the pool as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi . There is also a steam room and a sauna. Definitely going back and I will make sure to bring the golf clubs and book the spa treatment well in advance.
