Lovely modern hotel with a lot of facilities. The pool and hot tub were very nice, there was even a sauna and steam room you can use. The main bar was equipped with huge TV's all around so you can watch the sports or news that was on from anywhere. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We had a standard room (not the club room) but even that was very nice. Overall a lovely stay and we would come back here if looking to stay in Farnborough again.

Despite the hotel being next to an air field, it was wonderfully quiet and wasn't disturbed at all. We stayed for our wedding night and there were lots of little touches that made the night - bottle of champagne in the room, flowers on the bed, complimentary chocolates with congratulations message. The room was super clean, bed comfy and the shower was amazing! We decided to have room service and the food was great, with the service to match!

With breakfast there was a wide variety of choice. Once entered the Breakfast Lounge you was greeted by the landlady and you was presented with a menu. Having Tea & Coffee facilitates in the room was really nice as you was able to have a drink. The location is very good for Farnborough Airport and various amenities. I will stay here again if visiting this area.

After spending a few nights at other similarly priced hotels, I was so relieved and thankful to see a clean and comfortable room. Staff were excellent and very friendly indeed. I absolutely loved the complimentary cereals, porridge and daily pastry in the mornings and loved the fridge with fresh milk! What a pleasure! Will absolutely stay again.

Light and airy apartment, with everything you could need. Warm welcome from the host, easy to find and easy parking. Really comfortable bed and really quiet area so got a good nights sleep. I would usually stay in a hotel so i felt sceptical when booking but it far exceeded my expectations and I felt really safe in the apartment.

The host could not be more helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast a very nice touch-grab and go as we were out of the door very early in the morning. We were working at Farnborough Airport and the location could not have been more convenient. Thanks for your hospitality Miriam.

Great location, Dale was excellent and made me feel at home. I would highly recommend Netley Guest House and will definitely stay there again when I have business in the area.

Staff were friendly and bar/restaurant areas were modern and clean. Good locations for Farnborough Airfield but quite out of town for other aspects.

Great guest house in a residential area. Excellent value with a self serve breakfast and shared kitchen and lounge. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Annies Guest House. Firstly, Natasha the host was very helpful, communicative, friendly. She keeps a very clean environment throughout. Door system seems to function well and offers reasonable security. The breakfast was basic but servicable. Nice touches with fresh milk, bottle of water provided. Small amount of cutlery etc provided also. No sink in room, Natasha kindly washes each day. Bathroom again super clean each of the 4 days I was there. I was really only in room to sleep, so it was suitable for that and a short stay.

The host, Martin, was personable, friendly, polite and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The place is clean and you can microwave your own food. I was only there for a week but decided to go back to stay after visiting friends. Ended up having a lovely month long stay there. I even got a great recommendation from Martin when I needed help with shopping for furniture.

Spacious, comfortable, everything you might need for 1 night or 10. Location was excellent for my needs, extremely close to my place of work, train station only a few minutes work. Secure car parking. A number of good restaurants close by. A major supermarket and gym only 2 minutes walk away. This will be by home from home when I need to be in Farnborough.
