The hotel is located an hour away from Gatwick airport in a quiet village full of small shops. It is very nice to walk around and enjoy the very friendly atmosphere and enjoy all the shops. The hotel offers free parking to its guests as well. The english breakfast is great. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The size of the room is good and includes a kettle with tea/coffee, a flat screen TV, private bathroom, heating and extremely comfortable beds.

The location was great, being an easy walk from the train station, as well as from the other locations I needed to visit. The room was a nice size and was comfortable.

Comfortable and idyllic. Had a great sleep in a cozy bed and the bathroom was tidy and the shower was great. Also the surroundings were so beautiful and the staff was lovely.

Its a beautiful little country pub with gorgeous rooms and great facilities

The room was cosy and comfortable. I have never seen such a varied Gluten Free menu, which takes the stress from having to look through Allergy Charts. Thank you SO much, it was a joy to stay and eat at the Red Lion and to be served by polite friendly staff.

The staff were the real stars ,friendly and always attentive. Breakfast along with all the other meals in the restaurant were first class. We will definitely return.

The receptionist « Reine » was absolutely lovely, professional and made you feel like home. The hotel in general is beautiful and perfectly located and the breakfast delicious! Thank you.
