Very good value,lovely breakfast friendly staff. Bit dated but very clean and everything needed was there. I had a very late check in 12.30am but key was left out for me. Very accommodating

Very friendly, super clean, fantastic decor, very high standard, bed was lovely and comfy, fab pillows! The hot tub was great, easy to book your slot/s, if like us it was a great start and end to a day. The hubby found the sauna to be an added bonus!! Fantastic seating areas by the river, very soothing to listen to the water rushing by, there is a lovely little summer house outside too, we would love to visit again in the summer. The biggest healthiest chickens in the front garden, don't forget to take them some grapes! Super breakfasts, and the smoothies were delicious, all in all not a bad thing to say about this fantastic little guest house!!

The property is in a lovely location. The accommodation was extremely well presented with everything you could think of included. We will definitely come back. We have stayed in lots of hotels and guest houses in Dumfries and this was by far the best.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Farmhouse!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Farmhouse! The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. Emma the host was attentive and helped with any queries I had with good communication throughout. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to book the farmhouse in future and would highly recommend it!
