Close to airport but know that the shuttle service advertised is NOT included with the hotel price. It is an extra service (7 pounds each, I am told). I ended up taking the city bus from Terminal 2, to the corner where hotel is, for 1.55 pounds each person.

Ideal for any terminal because a shuttle bus calls there on a printed schedule. The restaurant called Jacks was very smart, comfortable and clean. Good ales and good food. I was travelling through so did not see any of Hillingdon. The hotel has most of the attributes of a Hilton and my card helped me book in easily.

The parking should have been included in the price of the room, was way to expensive and not on the site, opposite the road in an inappropriate private enclosure. You should be able to offer food at any hour of the day/night, people are staying in your hotel just to wait their departure via airplane.

We only have continental breakfast but good. We stay here because it is very close to the airport and convenient. The rooms are small but adequate for all ones needs. We always stay at the beginning of our holiday and the night before we fly home. Staff friendly and helpful. We get a discount through the hotel for the taxi to the airport as well. It is a busy area which is very close to the airport it is not a tourist area but you can catch a bus to Uxbridge a very nice town not far away if you have time.

Come back around 1pm and straight away they check us in.2 queen bed, spacious room, clean toilet. Food was very tasty despite the chef's lack of accommodation re customer requirements. Easy commute from Heathrow using a free bus (although the hotel didn't tell us about the free bus, only the one you pay for) as hotel with the Heathrow free travel zone. Hotel is opposite Hatton Cross tube station and bus station so easy to commute in to London. Hotel has a leisure suite although we didn't actually get a chance to use it as we had a heavy schedule.

Very convenient to get around bus stop literally infront of hotel takes you to tube stations for central London or HOUNSLOW, Hatton cross or terminals. Suggest getting U3 or bus 7 from central terminal to get to and from the airport which is free hopper bus is way overpriced so are taxis.
