Located in the historical county of Worcestershire, the elegant Hogarths Stone Manor is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Had breakfast and dinner there, very good, well prepared food. Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The grounds are meticulously maintained and very relaxing, but the overwhelming advantage of staying at Hogarths is the quality of the service. ALL the folks there are just so good at their jobs, as well as being friendly and obliging, with special shout outs to Wendy (at breakfast), Louisa and Katie (on the front desk). We stay at Hogarths every time we visit Kidderminster.

Renowned for its superb cuisine and excellent service, this traditional country house is set in 70 acres of tranquil parkland and dates back over 300 years. Location is beautiful, room was well appointed, light and airy and comfortable and included lots of goodies, including fresh milk in the fridge, fruit and hand made biscuits. Dinner was excellent with lovely attention to details. My companion is vegetarian and the chef created a tasty and delicious dish as a la carte options did not appeal. Staff were fabulous and courteous

1st of all there wasn't a lift. The lady at reception was very abrupt(older, grey hair) There is a stair lift that only goes to 2nd floor. My mother had just had an operation and was put on 3rd floor and the answer was pretty much tough. Also we stayed with quite a few if our guests for our wedding reception which we made the hotel aware of. Initially when we called we were told they couldn't reserve rooms, our guests had to just book. I didn't expect a red carpet rolled out but it would have nice to have a little bit of special treatment considering it was our wedding reception :( The good points...breakfast was lovely, majority of staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfy. good location.
We enjoyed our room and excellent customer service the staff were great. We will be going back again this year. The food menu is limited but the food is lovely. We do think that the break fast price could be lower and the cheese board only had 2 choices a lovely creamy blue and white cheddar one or two more types maybe it's nice to finish a meal with a good cheese board. The hotel is situated nearby lots of places to visit. We managed 3 places The Seven Valley Railway was a hit, so was Ironbridge and Worcester although the town itself is not wheelchair friendly
This is BY FAR the best accommodation we have ever chosen from the hundreds of thousands available. Our feedback says it all. You want for NOTHING at this venue, and if it's not there.... you didn't need it. Hazel is a very nice host and willing to help where she can. The venue quality was above expectations. We WILL be back, and the sooner the better.
didn't like one way system and so many rounabouts .Lovely park which we used as a guide for our location, didn't see much of the town but went on steam railway which was excellent. and the purpose of our visit.
The staff were very helpful, and professional. We had an incident with my Mother (91) who has dementia and had managed to get out into corridor. One member of staff stayed with her while the other found family. Victoria on reception was very helpful when checking in. Unfortunately, I didn’t take details of the others but they are all to be commended.
Kidderminster is a large market and historic minster town and civil parish in Worcestershire, England, 17 miles south-west of Birmingham and 15 miles north of Worcester. So if you prefer a break in the west midlands, without the noise of the city, then you are ideally located to visit Birmingham & Worcester, which are both accessible by train. And you are also handy for visiting attractions such as the Severn Valley Railway, Museum of Carpet, West Midlands Safari Park, Habberley Valley Local Nature Reserve, Stone House Cottage Gardens, & Hartlebury Castle, (just to name a few). And there is a wide choice of bars and pubs to unwind with a drink and a meal.

This was a perfect location for us whilst we waited to complete the purchase of of new home. Hazel & Robin were great & took time to show us all of the facilities. Limited free Parking was available but there is a large car park nearby which cost £5 per day. Anything we needed was provided without question. The property is Right next door to Kidderminster train station . Quite sad to have left when we did but would highly recommend staying here if you want privacy, but still be close to Kidderminster town centre & attractions.

The hotel is in beautiful grounds with a lake with wildfowl and lots of birds singing and is extremely well maintained. Also very peaceful. Weren’t able to sample the evening menu as was fully booked in the restaurant but the breakfast was superb.
good location, nice bar and restaurant area with a good variety of food and drink.Friendy staff.Ideal for meeting with friends the night before going to a wedding.Rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
Excellent COViD precautions that were not intrusive. Stay was comfortable, room lovely decor, quiet. Super comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Couldn’t fault it. A great value hotel in beautiful grounds.
Very disappointed I paid for the room and after travelling 4 hours there was no one at the hotel reception to check me in. I had to drive to Birmingham crowne plaza. Very poor service
