The staff were amazing, chilled environment and felt comfortable

We arrived on a Friday just after 5 it was very busy, as hotel is above pub / restaurant, there is no reception area we asked a member of staff about check in , Amanda soon came to our rescue she was very welcoming and showed us to our room, which was nice and cosy, we only dropped our bags off and went down for drinks as we where going to see Madness, Amanda was so friendly as well as other staff too ,she sorted taxi out for us to take us to concert, when we returned I was frozen she sorted our drinks out she remembered what we been drinking 🍸 and sorted it out, we defo go back again can't wait thanks Graeme Hotel , also breakfast was fab 😀👍

Everything the staff are so friendly it is family run and rooms are spacious

Lovely staff, clean place, pub nearby, hot water, perfect water pressure in the shower, liked the tartan carpet ^_^

After a long ride we received a beautiful reception with a lot of help for booking a restaurant for the evening. This was the same as when we stayed in the summer of 2022.

It was very clean and the room was a good size for us.

The room was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed staying at the Helix Hotel.

Room was very spacious for the price and it was spotless! Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great having a buffet restaurant just down the stairs. Will definitely be back! 10/10

Lovely clean feel to it & very quiet

Stayed for just one night passing through and found it super easy. Comfortable, basic rooms, easy check in and out and on-site parking. Had a great dinner in the restaurant!

It was very relaxing and elegant. It was a great place to unwind and relax. The rooms were fantastic with all needed amenities.
