Just 100 metres from Leeds Rail Station, the Discovery Inn – Leeds has a 24-hour front desk and is only 5 minutes’ walk from the shops, restaurants and bars in Leeds’ city centre. Everything! I guess first and foremost the location, but the rooms, especially the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are maybe a little dated, but somehow this just adds to the charm for me. Then the staff are first class. Everyone on reception was extremely polite and helpful with everything I asked. I want to give a special mention to the young man Josh, who worked nights, whom I very much enjoyed talking to. Give that lad a pay rise! Thanks for a truly enjoyable stay, and I’m back there again this weekend for the final two nights of my trip.
