Boasting a garden and free WiFi, The Inn at Fossebridge is set in Cotswolds, 6 miles from Cirencester. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It was warm and cozy, the pub food was EXCELLENT and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the variety in their wine list, and the mix of local residents and people staying at the inn made for great conversations. Our view of the lake and swans was amazing. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We definitely want to return!

Campion Glamping Pod features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Cheltenham, 13 mi from Cheltenham Town Hall. An absolutely delightful place! The pod was charming. On arrival, it was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and a tiny Christmas tree. So very cozy with everything we needed for our short stay. We ordered a fire pack for £10. We sat by the fire, which added to the ambience. Just behind the pod, there's a games room/lounge to entertain yourselves. We were surprised to find that the TV in the pod had Netflix so we made the most of it and watched a Christmas film. Local takeaway will deliver to the Nuttery cafe, in Notgrove village. A lovely place to have a drink at the bar, with friendly welcoming staff. The views of the countryside surround the pod, as well as a number of friendly farm animals you can meet. Met Beth, a lovely young lady on the farm who told us all about the animals. Only a ten minute drive to Bourton on the Water. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, we'll definitely be going back in the spring. 😃👍❤
Lovely pub with a great atmosphere in the bar. Fantastic Scottish lass called Dee looking after us who was really helpful and charming. Delicious dinner and lots of choice for breakfast. Our room was on the small side, sadly with no view, but had the best (copper) bath ever 👋👋👋👋
This small town was very quaint and what you would imagine as a typical English setting in the Cotswold hills. Northleach has a lovely ambience and is quiet and idyllic. It exhumes peace and quiet, has a beautiful little square with the essentials covered and the church is a marvellous setting to compliment the rest of Northleach. It was an ideal prelude and introduction to the area before we went to Bourton-on-the-Water the next day which is one of the most beautiful places I've visited, certainly in England. If you want a place to escape the hussle and bussle then Northleach and the surrounding area and towns are there to enjoy. This was our first visit to the Cotswolds and we will definitely return to explore it further.
Very quite traditional village not far from bourton on the water. Which is very nice and scenic. There was a clock that chimed every hour. Which just added to the bliss of the place and made it special in sun rise and set. The views were amazing as one could see for miles. However there wasn't much to do at northleach and we had to drive to other place for something to do.
Fab find easy get away from it all great comfy beds restaurant food excellent great that you can take the dog and its still clean with no doggie smells, lovely walks around village and in the middle of so many other places to visit will be going back.
Northleach is a quaint Cotswolds village. Most buildings are built from typical Cotswold stone making a perfect backdrop to the individual beautiful gardens. A quiet less touristy village Northleach is well situated for short drives to the more popular touristy villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold. We stayed at the Wheatsheaf Inn on the quiet main road where we met some of the personable friendly locals. A beautiful pub offering wonderful facilities, including food to die for.
There are some stunning villages to visit close to Northleach such as Bribery and Stow-on-the-Wold. Northleach itself is a small and quintessentially British village in the Cotswolds with plenty of lovely pubs, and waling routes.
