Breakfast was very good. The chooce of continental breakfast was good. The staffeere nothing short of wonderful. Nothing was to much trouble. Wanted to have a family meeting at the hotel and they arranged teas coffe an a good selection of cakes.

We had a great time. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Lovely boutique vibes, and loved that there was a bar & restaurant on site. The room was stunning, so big & the views were incredible. If it had been a nice day we would have sat out the front. We spent most of the time there as it was so lovely.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The location couldn't have been better. The chef was very helpful with all my allergies and was very resourceful.

1. They accommodated a change in our booking (adding a young child) with no problems at all, last minute. With a full hotel that was very good of them and took a lot of stress off. 2. Really large hotel, which felt great when we had to spend a lot of time inside it (we were there for a curling tournament all weekend!) 3. Facilities are great (swimming pool etc) but could do with being bought into the 21st century:-)

So very Clean , and accommodating. Modern niceties but still staying true to old charm. The food in the pub is delicious! Not to mention the conversation with other patrons and staff was so friendly and welcoming. We loved that it is animal friendly!
