Hotel in Tenterden
Located in Tenterden historic High Street, The White Lion offers a traditional pub and restaurant, along with free WiFi throughout and free private parking. Very pretty old English pub. Exellent food and drinks downstairs, particularly the pizza. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious with double bed and sofa bed large enough for 2 kids.

In the pretty mid-Kent village of Rolvenden, The Bull Inn Lodges provide stylish accommodations for up to 4 guests. The quality of this purpose built accommodation was superb. Very nicely decorated and absolutely spotless. The only thing I would say is that on a very hot day the lodge got quite hot inside while we were out, but opening the windows and turning on the big ceiling fan got some circulation going. These units really do look great inside and were very enjoyable to stay in.

Potts Farm is located in Tenterden and offers a garden and a terrace. The property is 21 miles from Maidstone, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Potts Farm was absolutely beautiful. I would highly reccomend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside. It has a beach within a 30 minute drive and a lovely highstreet about 10 minute's drive away with supermarkets and restaurants. You can spend the day on a Row Boat, Canoeing or Body Boarding on the river not to far from Potts Farm. Stephen and Kate the owners of the farm are very accomidating and lovely/helpful people. The cottage itself was a dream to stay in as it was so clean and beautifully decorated with shampoo / conditioner, toilet roll, kitchen appliances and a stocked fridge (at an extra cost) with fresh produce from local farms. I can't wait to stay at Potts Farm again. My favourtite thing about it is that if you walk out your door you will see breathtaking views of the country side / farm with lovely sheep. You are able to walk anywhere around the land and if you like to have evening walks you can go down to their lake and sit on the decking on chairs provided and take in the lovely sunset. !000000% would reccomend to stay here.

Tenderden is a charming small Kentish town with plenty to admire and keep you entertained during a short stay. Good choice of coffee / tea houses, pubs, bars & restaurants and a fantastic range of character shops in its historic High Street and side lanes.
Beautiful architecture in quaint and pretty small town. Steam railway with museum, town museum, an array of interesting independent shops in tree lined main street, with attractive cafes and pubs, makes it a lovely place to relax and wander round.
stayed in Tenterden as given a voucher to visit the Chapl Down Winery and did not want to drive. Chapel Down great wine tasting and meal. 11-15 - 15.30. We the walked down the road to Small Hythe Place National Trust (going as recommended via a gate at the back of the church) i

Lovely, pretty little town, great shopping, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. Fabulous steam railway in walking distance with regular trains terminating at Bodium Castle. Either daytime hop on, hop off trains, or dinner trains in the evening or Sunday lunch. Great for a special celebration. Also lots of brewery and vineyard tours in the area.
