Located within the picturesque New Forest National Park, Forest View provides award-winning bed and breakfast accommodations. Karen and Susan were very welcoming and addressed us by our names; the breakfast was PERFECTLY cooked and delicious; the rooms were clean and decorated beautifully, their recommendation for dinner (the Lamb Inn) was terrific and had gluten free dishes for my wife. Overall, a wonderful one night stay that had us wishing we could stay longer! Highly, highly recommended!
The independent 4-star New Forest Lodge is located on the A36 just a mile from the edge of the New Forest within the National Park. The owners were amazing and very hospitable . Lovely property. Great breakfast . Decent Indian restaurant next door Flawless !
Superb accommodation , better than many really good hotels . Beautiful rooms with lovely little touches . Clean, warm and cosy with a fabulous breakfast. Within easy reach of Forest and City of Salisbury. Choice of good pubs within easy driving distance or a 15/20 minute walk. Parking on site . Lovely garden and pool during the summer . I was here November so closed up or I might have been tempted. Will stay here again when next coming to the New forest.
We were extremely pleased with everything at the cottage. Staying away from home whilst working is hard to do. The cottage was qwerky (not sure on spelling) and gave us the space to be able to rest in the evenings rather than a small hotel room. We loved everything about the cottage. We would definitely stay again.
