Spire View is located in Redlynch. The accommodations is 29 mi from Poole, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Loved how clean and bright the place was. Hot tub was amazing and owners extremely friendly
Convenient for several long walks in the New Forest and several country market towns in and just beyond it, including Salisbury and Romsey. The folk of the village were most friendly. The Street reflects its past when a horse and cart needed little width. There are several walks from the village into the arable fields. It has a general store and post office, and two public houses, one a gastro-pub with accommodation, economically inviting.
Whiteparish itself is not the most picturesque village, but it has a lovely gastro pub- the King's Head. Not cheap, but excellent food and wine and friendly staff and locals. The village is an excellent base for exploring the New Forest as it's very close to the National Park border.
Lovely village, with fabulous gastro pub The Kings Head, we ate there for 3 evenings the food and service was superb, the choice of main menu and set menu was excellent value. Close to the New Forest , and many other attractions means it’s a perfect location.
Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful without being in your face. A real home from home, at times we felt like we were in our own country house! Kid and dog friendly, great breakfast. Beautiful house. Great location for new forest.
A lovely place to stay and within easy reach of The New Forest. Salisbury is a short drive away and is a fantastic place to visit. There are some lovely walks in The New Forest and plenty of free parking.
Not much to say about Whiteparish other than its a small village where farming is the main industry around it. The one local pub (lantern) that was open was pleasant and served a good range of beers. The food was fairly indifferent but thats true of many pubs these days. Didn't see much else of the village so can't add any more to this review.
Chickens and alpacas :) and the heating was on when we got there
