They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. This was a beautifully authentic Greek Island resort and everything we hoped for. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The views from the restaurant and our balconies were breathtaking. The breakfast was wonderful! We loved every minute of it. Patmos is a special island in so many different ways.

Grikos is a pretty sea-front village with five tavernas, one organised beach and two unorganised beaches. It's perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The port of Skala, the main town, is 3 kilometres away, and buses costing two euros run regularly throughout the day and into the early evening. There's also a car and scooter hire establishment for those who prefer their own transport. There is no grocery-store in Grikos, but Skala is close enough to not make this too much of an inconvenience.

Staying at Athina is a great experience! Difficult to say whether the best is the view and the location or staff kindness and availability in supporting customers! We highly recommend this experience even for a short (2/3 days) staying! On top of that Patmos island is beautiful besides usual but nevertheless important people's kindness lovely beaches, Psili Ammos and Vagia our favorites and Apocalypse cave, a relevant site for christian history. Enjoy Athina and Patmos!

A superb hotel on the beach front with spa facilities which were free. Very clean rooms with all modern facilities, rooms were cleaned and linen changed twice a day . Very friendly staff and manager Emmanuel found time to take us around to show the facilities. A very new, modern spacious gym. Breakfast had variety of dishes and live egg counter.

Very nice traditional Aegean property with a sea view in Grikos. The property is short work from the beach and Tavernas and not far from a short cut walk to the Chora up on the hill. My room had a newly decorated interior and clean bathroom.
