hotel is clean, rooms are clean daily. location is good. breackfast is standard, its very good. pool is clean, rooms are cleaning every day. We liked pool, location, staf, food and Hotel realisticly deserve grade between 9 and 9.3 for hotel this size. Very good money value. Hotel is 50 meters from centar of Kalitea, just far enough to avoid turist noise in centar, and again so close so you can go buy foot with small kid. Bathroom are perfect. every room have big balcony. Rooms are NEW. Hotel is built in L shape. Two sides ar turned on street, and i two are looking on pool. Because we have small kid we asked room who is looking on pool so we can avoid noise from trafic. if we go to Kalitea again, we will for sure habe Elin hote in our list to stay again.

It was one of those places where feel like home, you're always greeted with a smile, where the staff remembers that you always have a double espresso in the morning and what cocktail you tried yesterday. The hotel is clean, everything is new and the rooms are spacious and have everything that you need. It has one of the best beaches in Cassandra, comfy sunbeds that are not placed too close to each other so you have all the privacy you need. What makes this place special is the staff and the way each guest is treated. I was truly impressed and will definitely stay here again.

I’m really satisfied with this hotel!!!! The price was very good! ~ 240€ for 4 nights for double room in June (9-13th) The room was very clean, enough big, everything was new, working, the lighting was very good, 2 mirrors, the balcony was also super cute and comfortable. There is a lot of parking spaces in the streets, the hotel is very suitable for it’s price. The service was very good, the WI-FI - absolutely fantastic! Everyday cleaning and not just fast clean, but really good cleaning! There is also vending machine in the lobby and the doors are locked in the night (you can open them with the room key) Also the location is great - 15mins walk to the beach, 5-10 to the Center or 5 with car to the beach and 3 min with car to the Center! Absolutely recommending it.

A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

The room is in a great location.

The room is in a great location. To get to the beach you have to go down a few steps. The view from the terrace in front of the premises is impressive. In the evening, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive.

Kalithea is popular among young adults who like to stay up late and play loud music. If you travel with family (I traveled with my older parents), this might not be the ideal place for a good night sleep. The water however was amazing and the locals were very friendly. Thank you for having us. 😊🫰🏼

Najdobroto od se beshe pogledot kon moreto, od ogromnata terasa.Plazata e blisku, a vo neposredna blizina na apartmentot ima super market i najpoznataite taverni vo Kalitea.Se na se, nezaboravno iskustvo i sigurno se vrakame vo bliska idnina.

Vibrant place, perfect for solo travelers, couples, families...

Vibrant place, perfect for solo travelers, couples, families or friend group. The best beach was Saltwater, perfect sunbeds, music, service and beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. I had great cocktails at Koktelo with amazing views! Breakfast at Lemonis was great!

the location was great.

the location was great. I thought for 6 people (adults) the apartment was small, the sitting room to watch television or just to relax was very small. It would suit 4 people or a small family. As we stayed there 6 days it would have been a nice service to have someone do the beds and change sheets and bath towels. Unfortunately, the website was deceiving in the room sizes. I would not stay there again.

Niko, Galini und Tasos are incredible hosts. You are feeling welcome from the very second. They are nice and very helpful. The rooms are big, on the most modern atandart and have a nice balcony. We got fresh towels everyday and the room is cleaned also every day. The Hotel is very well positioned, the beaches are very close , within walking distance, but it's quiet at night.

The breakfast was very tasty even tho it was almost the same every day. The staff were welcoming and almost like a family to us. The food from the hotel tavern was absolutely perfect. The hotel is exactly on the beach, we took 20 steps from our room to the beach. Room was big and comfy, cleaned and changed bedsheets every day. 100% would recommend.
