We were very happy to be at that perfect hotel. The staff is really amazing, very polite, kind, verrryyyy helpful!!! The breakfasts were really delicious and the buffet selection was really different. Impeccably clean. Stunning natural surroundings. A superb location. Close to shops. Private waterfront, comfortable sun loungers, and a tasty café for lunch. Everything was wonderful. Highly recommended to everyone.

We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The staff were professional, well-trained, attentive without being intrusive, and always friendly and polite. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel is in a very peaceful location, while Rethymno is only about a 10-minute drive away. The beach is beautiful, but the entrance to the sea is rocky. I would recommend bringing water shoes, as they make it much easier and more comfortable to get into the water. The only downside for us was that the room felt a bit small and somewhat dark. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend this hotel.
