My wife and I have traveled to a few different countries and stayed in many different rentals. This one is definitely in our top 3 most favorite! Urban Mountain Retreat is super clean, comfortable and beautiful! The owners have given attention to every detail. Kallia was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We had an amazing meal at Xatheri, which was only a 2 minute walk away. We were here for only one night as we did a little excursion from our rental in Chania. Our only regret is not staying longer at the Urban Mountain Retreat! We hope to someday return! Thank you Kallia and Ritsa for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing facilities, brand new with easy access (just down a small staircase) to the best beach in Agios. The people were super helpful. And the breakfast, served in the room or at the seaside restaurant, was outstanding. I have stayed at dozens of hotels around Crete over the years and this one is a real gem.

The staff were absolutely wonderful , facilitating all our needs and requests. They organised a lovely arrangement of balloons for my daughter’s 18th birthday upon my request and even brought a delicious cake that was complimentary. The rooms were modern ,comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the sea.

The whole property is amazing, it feels like paradise. The hotel design is beautiful, nature at the heart of the experience. All these trees, plants and flowers create a unique atmosphere. And of course the sea view is just spectacular. I also loved all the food options, the kindness of the staff, their flexibility. Besides, the food is so tasty and colorful, i was never disappointed.

Our stay at Naiades Marina Hotel in Agios Nikolaos was excellent and truly great value for the price. The location is perfect — very central and within easy walking distance of everything you might want to see or do. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with a spacious roof terrace & jacuzzi. What really made the stay special was the warm and exceptionally kind staff. A special thanks to Monique, who put extra effort in to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved the hotel. We had a beautiful room with seaview. But the absolute best experience there were the lovely owners of this place. They were just great with our two babies, took care of them so we could eat a delicious breakfast in the morning. And our kids loved it to, all the attention, the singing and dancing. We would definitely recommend it to stay here, make sure you book seaview!
