My family (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed in the loft for 6 nights. Our first time in Porto Heli, we were there visiting with friends we haven’t seen in 15+ years. Layout: There is 1 nice size bedroom and then in the living area there is 1 double size bed and 1 twin size bed (I believe under the twin size bed there is a trundle type bed as well). There is a half divider that partially shields the beds from the living area. Because it’s a loft, it’s an open floor plan. The main bedroom flows from the living area. And then the kitchen is off of the main bedroom. There are no doors that separate the different spaces….just walls. There is 1 bathroom….decent size… with great water pressure! For my family it was a perfect layout. The loft is very spacious and has lots of seating area. When you open the blinds it’s like you are right in the middle of the action!!!! Beautiful view of the port and the activity below. It was nice and quiet inside though!!! And lots of light!!!! Because it was so hot outside during our visit, we kept the blinds down so that it stayed cooled inside. The loft is right next door to a supermarket and the area has lots of restaurants, bakeries, more supermarkets, stores (clothes, beach items, hats, flip flops, etc), ATM, fancy yachts, etc all within walking distance. The host was very responsive and was there to meet us with the key. We loved the place! If we ever visit Porto Heli again, we will try to stay at the loft!
