Very traditional style house. Oldschool nice and quality furniture. Amazing terrace in front, where you can relax in your own private little calm paradise. Lots of stylish seating inside. Free parking space for 1 car right in front of the terrace (and plenty free parking at the square). Placed right next to town square with direct view from terrace. Great restaurants at the square.

Everything! This place is so relaxing which is exactly what we needed as a family. It is a nice quiet respite from the busyness of the island’s more touristy areas. Five of us fit comfortably in this luxury villa and we had everything that we needed from a bit of food to get us started to ample towels for showering and pool. Very impressively manicured yard and pristine self cleaning pool! The enclosed glass area near the pool was was such an added bonus for being outside in the cooler parts of the day. The pool chairs were so comfortable we contemplated sleeping on them overnight. The views from this hilltop were spectacular especially if you can get yourself up for a sunrise! The town is about a 15 minute walk downhill and where you’ll find delicious local cuisine and a small market for basic needs. The villa is also next door to a convenience store where you get snacks, drinks and gas. A few 100 meters away we discovered a small road leading to a really neat walk up above the town where there are many depictions of the stories of Jesus leading all the way to the cross and chapel at the top. This was a very meaningful time for us as a family. We’ve also never had a host go more out of the way to make sure that we had everything that we needed and more than we expected! We hope to make it back to Sky Hills for future respite. Thank you so much for how you cared for us!

Everything was exceptional. We received a free upgrade to a Villa which was amazing. In particular on the morning of my girlfriend's birthday, at breakfast the staff brought out a cake and bottle of Prosecco without me organising anything, they just did it themselves which I thought was very impressive.

Everything was exceptional. We arrived at airport and hotel transfer already waited for us, driver shared some useful information about the best beaches and how to get there. When we arrived to hotel, two glasses of prosecco and wet towels already waited for us. The hotel is super new and everything there is clean, new and working properly. The room was well designed and had everything we need. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, they always greet you with the smile and wiling to help you with anything you need. The breakfast was included and it has a lot of different food, so you definitely will have everything depending on your taste. The food is always added and refilled, so you won't have a situation that if you will come at the end of the breakfast hours and something will be missing. The beach is not very close to hotel, but this is not a problem if you have rented car, the bus is also going there, the bus stop is right at the main road close to hotel. I wish success and keep this level of hospitality further, the hotel is new and I got feeling that hotel staff is very motivated there to provide the best service.

Vanik Suites is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve had the privilege of staying at. From the moment you step onto the property, it feels like a private oasis where you can fully relax. The hotel is ideally located—tucked away from the noise of bar street, yet within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafés, and the beach. The modern room design was a highlight: the use of minimal and natural colors created a space that was both cozy and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail on the property is thoughtfully considered. Check-in was smooth and easy. Wifi was strong. Housekeeping tidied the room daily, and the cleaning staff was always friendly! Nick is a fantastic host—easy to reach and wonderfully accommodating. When I requested to add an extra night, the process of arranging it and completing the online payment was seamless. While Vanik Suites does not serve breakfast, there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants within walking distance, as well as an espresso machine and kettle in the room. Overall, my stay was perfect. I highly recommend Vanik to anyone seeking comfort, style, and genuine hospitality.

Fantastic stay with a warm welcome and constant attention and assistance from this family own hotel. THey helped us with everything and were so lovely. The location , close to a few beach you can walk to ( one is the most famous Anthony Quinn bay) bars and restaurant away from the town . The place does not serve breakfast but you can have one right next door with also very nice people. The place is not fancy but reflect the mood of the island . You can hear the cicatas .... we felt very confortable and clean there. It is strtegically locaterd south of Faliraki if you want to experience the whole island.

They are an amazing family owned business, everyone was welcoming and nice, they had good recommendations about everywhere you would like to go, and helped in whatever we needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was simple yet rich (and soo good). This location is amazing, quite and 2 min walk to ladiko Bay and 10 to antony Quinn bay. We loved it there, it was such a pleasant,relaxing, happy experience. We'll be back! Thank you 🥰

Goodness, this was such a lovely accommodation! We were at the accommodations at a very trying time for Rhodes: during the July fires. So electricity was unstable. BUT Seva and her family were AMAZING and THOUGHFUL. We enjoyed the visit from her sons and husband checking on us. Seva's House, was absolutely PERFECT for our needs. We LOVED that we could easily walk into town and eat dinner and enjoy conversation with many of the townspeople. Everyone in town are genuinely charming people. We spent many a night in the darkness around us but eating by candlelight and chatting with people. We ate at every restaurant, except one simply because we did not stay long enough. Seva's house has a great armoire to put your clothing into. The washer was VERY helpful. The kitchen was great for our simple needs: we ate all big meals in town and had breakfast and snacks or small lunches at the apartment, We would LOVE to stay at Seva's House again. It was away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. A quick 20 min drive to Golf Beach or 30 minutes to Old Town Rhodos and other beaches. We have no clue how long it would have been to Lindos because those roads we closed to tourism due to the fires. But we had such a marvelous time at this location. Seva and her family do a wonderful job with these apartments. The ONLY thing that is a challenge is finding it to begin with. Seva should put up a sign on the corner with an arrow pointing to the building, which is super easy to find ONCE one knows where it is.

The villa is absolutely beautiful with views over the...

The villa is absolutely beautiful with views over the mountains like you could never imagine . So tranquil, with a stunning garden full of orange trees. The owners also have a family run taverna in the village , where the food and hospitality are second to none . Michalis and Dimitri can not do enough to make you’re time there perfect. We came here to experience Greek Easter and it was beautiful. We can totally recommend the villa 100%
