Huge hotel, very well mantained

The room was pretty comfortable and bigger. Its was very easy to relax after a long day of work

Easy access to airport. Very clean and well maintained property. We were are to get our laundry done for $10usd per load, get our luggage held for a few hours and a ride to the airport.

The hotel was right in the heart of Zona 10 with all of its cafes, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, but once inside your room you really didn't sense any of that...and you certainly had your choice of places to sense it when you stepped outside. I felt quite safe walking around, even in the wee hours of the morning. The room was quite nice with two queen beds (I believe) lots of space, and everything was quite clean. Breakfast is buffet style but there is also a station to request the preparation of your eggs, and I found it all delicious. There was a bit of construction happening in one part of the hotel so I didn't see the entire space but it didn't even matter.

Left my phone in the taxi when I got to the airport at 3:30 am. Got a hold of the hotel (they booked the taxi), and he brought it right back. I’ve been robbed in Guatemala and so this was such a relief - book with them they are super trustworthy and amazing!

I really liked the hotel; their staff was very helpful and approachable. Breakfast was amazing.

Nice hotel, all clean and well organized

Lovely, helpful staff. Hotel is in a safe location with easy walk to restaurants and a local shopping mall. We had dinner at Cadejo brewing company which had the best double IPA. Very close to airport. Took us 20 minutes in morning traffic. Beautiful rooftop restaurant and food was delicious.

Owners went out of there way to correct a booking problem. The hotel was over booked for this night and I was given a room with a shared bathroom which I declined. The owner checked the availability in other nearby hotels which he took me to view the rooms. The rooms were undesirable. The owner then arranged for tjhe room that I wassupposed to have to be vacated and given to me. It all worked out good.

I love having dinner in the lobby restaurant the food is so delicious and the server so professional and nice.

Yes I love the property it’s in a great location

This seems like a not-safe area to walk around in. That said the day I was there I ended up leaving because a big festival began in the afternoon and it was very loud. This had nothing to do with the hotel's fault, but I left because I needed a quieter neighborhood. This hotel is nothing fancy and I think people live there but it is relatively clean, I saw cleaning ladies and the front desk is available if you need them.

The breakfast was good. The beds were smaller than I thought, haven’t been in a double bed in forever, so that was unusual for me. It was fine for 1 night. I love the location of this spot though, close to places to eat and
