Wonderful location on the edge of Plitvice National Park, a World Heritage site. The room we had was large and very comfortable, and the included breakfast was very good. The staff was fabulous, always ready to help. They provided transportation our second night to a nearby traditional Croatian restaurant where we had a good meal.

The view and location. The bonus of receiving advice on the best way to see Plitvice lakes made experiencing the lakes much better. We had the BBQ for dinner and it was one of the best meals we had in Croatia, they're fantastic hosts.

Actually was surprised about the quality of service (we arrived at the very end of the check in period, but the staff reassured us that they would wait for us). The room was quiet, very clean and comfy. The parking lot was right in front of our window, however we did not hear a peep during our stay. Breakfast was ok.

The owners were so friendly and willing to help. The place was extremely clean and just the right size for an overnight visit. We chose to have breakfast and had a delicious meal- scrambled eggs, yogurt, meats and cheeses, breads, coffee and juice. We loved that it was a 5 minute ride to Plitvice Lake. Last, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony for a bit in the evening. Perfect choice!
The property is around a 9-minute walk from Jezerce - Mukinje Bus Station, 0.7 miles from Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 2, and 3.4 miles from Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1.

Confusing info around entrances to the park and accommodation. Travelled from Zagreb by car on a Monday pm and seemed we had to state the time of arrival / entrance ie 1530 hrs. Had booked a B&B for 2 nights so we could make earl start on the Tuesday . Thus booked and paid for 2 of us for Monday & Tuesday Euro 120 . Also booked and paid for a tour on Tuesday ( Entrance 2 ) when we had notified the Park Entrance 1 as en route from Zagreb . At Parking for Entrance 2 on Tuesday the staff were not helpful about the double booking or selection of Entrance 1 and possible refund of Monday's park entrance , At the Entrance 2 , the staff were more obliging and saw we were going with a tour starting at Entrance 2 but advised we could not gert a refund for the Monday entrance fee even though this had not been used . Our boarding house owner rang up for us and was told we coulld claim by sending an e-mail explaining our problem , but we did not have internet connections .
the trip was great except for the lack of clarity around accommodation available in the park area against outside and need to havee prior knowledge about where a tour will enter and if they will do the park entrance payments .

Absolutely gorgeous. So many, varied types of waterfalls!
Absolutely gorgeous. So many, varied types of waterfalls! A national treasure, well worth a side trip. Was a little crowded, even on a rainy day in September, but crowds thinned out around upper lakes. Even the light rain didn’t dampen our experience. Route C was ideal for us but we did log nearly 15,000 steps. Parking was pricey especially on top of park ticket.

This was a perfect place to stay for our visit to Plitvice Park. We were able to hike around the area nearby the first day and walk to the entrance on day 2. Comfortable clean lodging with great food service.

More slaps - waterfalls then most people see in a lifetime.
More slaps - waterfalls then most people see in a lifetime. Lovely hike kinda busy though, over charged for most things 65 a day per person. they need to upgrade for those kind of numbers, more separation of groups tours. It was overwhelming by the end of day. Offer night tours could be the answer for the more adventurous.

There were multiple options for trails depending on how long and far you want to hike. Amenities at set locations along the trails were nicely maintained, organized and kept clean (cafes, picnic tables, restrooms). The waterfalls and lakes (on sunny days) are some of the most naturally green and clear water I have ever seen. I recommend getting your ticket online ahead of time to make certain that you get the entry time you prefer. The later you go, the more difficult the crowds. My only complaint is the crowds. Ours were manageable (first half of September) but still very crowded. You won't feel like you're enjoying nature's beauty in solitude but the surroundings are well worth it.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from entrance 2 of Plitvice lakes. They store your luggage before and after check if you require this. The room was clean and had a balcony overlooking trees. They don't serve meals, but breakfast is served in a nearby hotel and there are restaurants nearby for dinner. If required, they will arrange a shuttle service to their sister hotel if dining there. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff!!!! Oh my goodness. We all felt so incredibly welcomed day and night. What beautiful people are working there. There are a few animals at a petting zoo and my kids loved billiards. On sight restaurant always open is a plus.
Great location for Plitvice park and one employee walked us through some options for visiting the park. We even left our car at the hotel and walked to the park. Great spot.
A large, clean, and well-equipped apartment. The owner is extremely kind and hospitable, offering homemade liqueurs, eggs from his chickens, and plums from his own garden. Beautiful views, a quiet location (a big plus), and close to the Plitvice Lakes – just a 15-minute drive. Highly recommend!
We stayed here one night so as to be able to get up early to visit the Plitvice Lakes (which are amazing). The hotel is in walking distance from Gate 2, there is free parking and a pizzeria across the road. They offer a good buffet breakfast for a fee too. The room was clean and quiet.
really close location to the Plitvice lakes! Pool facilities were ok, not easy to find and navigate!
loved the fact hotel can extend park ticket to two day and enable skipping the queues!
