The breakfast was a worthy inclusion to the booking. I dont usually avail the breakfast in hotels but I enjoyed the different food options in this hotel. It is also near Block M with several food options and convenience stores at walking distance. The hotel staff were also very accommodating. They provided my requests including flat iron and board and assistance with my multiple luggages. They also willingly allowed me to leave my big luggage for 3 days because I went to a quick trip to Bali then returned and stayed for another night to also have some meetings with ASEAN agencies Jakarta before flying back to the Philippines. I will consider booking this place again when I return to Jakarta.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Herloom Residence, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Iris and Angel) made me feel like a valued guest, with warm and efficient service at check-in. The ambiance of the hotel is both modern and inviting, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing environment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries. Dining at Herloom Residence was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the in-house restaurant served mouthwatering meals that were a treat to my taste buds. The staff at the restaurant were equally attentive and made dining a pleasant experience.

Everything about the hotel,location,facilities,staff,the room amd food. The room was huge and spacious beyond my expectation. The ceiling to floor window concept and see through glass door bath room where you can see the bath tub from your bed. Complete ammenities with mini fridge a kitchen sink,pair of sleeper and touch screen control pannel where you can control everything in one place. Huge and comfy bed with very fluffy pillow. Higher floor where you can see the landscape of rawa buntu and BSD area.... I Feel homie and almost don't want to go . They have a cool jacuzzy too and infinitti pool and also eqquiped gym on the 16 floor. The staff was excellent very friendly hospitality service. The view was amazing especially during night time. Hotel also close to street food option just behind the building. The hotel it self seem new everything was in working condition and in perfect order.
