Incredible views from the private terrace that’s part of the room (we had the sea view apartment, the garden view apartment also gets access to a very nice terrace with the same view), the sunset is amazing. Vera and the other staff members are very kind and go all the way in order to get you the best experience possible, they organized a Komodo day trip on a very short notice and all kinds of transport (taxi / motorbike rental at their place) for us. Super spacious room, bed and bathroom, all with amazing views.

Amazing experience. The place is basic, bed and rudimentary bathroom, but the location, the host and the activities made our days here the best part of our trip!! And his wife makes delicious meals too :) I have no words to describe everything we experienced here but I will try… If you can’t travel with the local boat, for an extra price, Jeki (the host and guide) can come pick you up and drop you off. Also for an extra, he will take you on an amazing day of activities. Worth it!!! We started by going to Padar Island which had tourists but was beautiful. The rest of the trip we were alone. Jeki spotted manta fish and we swan with 17 of them!! Pink beach and Makassar point also stunning and had them all for ourselves. Finally we went to look for komodos. We say eight of them right behind the village! Since we had time we also walked around the village and got to meet families and play football with the boys. We would have stayed for days!!

Five-star trip experience in komodo island! Erjun is really reliable. He knows where to find more komodo dragons outside of the national park and also keep you safe. He also knows the best time to visit sight seeings so you can enjoy the view without too many tourists. Just let him know what you prefer and he'll give you good suggestions. The homestay is really cozy. Food is fresh and delicious. People are friendly. It's the best option if you'd like to experience how the local life is. All in all, you'll get a totally customized trip. Just stay with Erjun!

Very friendly guest. If you want to do the trips around Labuan Bajo, sleep here, because he cand arrange your transfer to Komodo + the touristic spots around. He is a ranger in the National Park, knows the spots. We saw 7 dragons. Food cooked by his wife very delicious. Free Wi-Fi also.

Fairly expensive, not as developed, if you’re there for a...

Fairly expensive, not as developed, if you’re there for a boat tour, just get in and get out, not much to do there you can’t do in Bali or Lombok much cheaper. Can’t say enough about Sudamala Resort, reasonably priced if you book in advance and 5 star all the way.
