This is a first class hotel from the minute that you're picked up from the airport to the point of return you'll be treated like a VIP guest. The driver, the front desk staff, the fabulous breakfast and staff, the room service menu and quality of food and the prepared boxed breakfast for my early morning flight was 5 star and above. This is a gem of a hotel located in a neighborhood that you can explore by foot. I will surely stay here again what I return to Jordan.
Excellent Hospitality! Awesome Ambiance! Housekeeping Team was too cute and always at your service! The property has an Infinity Pool at 1st Floor as well as 24/7 Gym. In Room Dining was bit expensive but was delivered at a super fast pace! I stayed for a week and had zero issues! This was my first stay at Lemon Tree Hotels and it was worth it! Thank you Lemon Tree Team!
Very pleasant hotel. Located in Begumpet near many shopping areas and other facilities. Though the hotel itself is not on the main road and one needs to walk a bit to get to restaurants etc. hotel faculties are great: gym, pool, rooms very clean. Staff devoted. Room service great. If you want a quiet well maintained place - I highly recommend.

I was expecting Breakfast buffet but was disappointed to find out that I had to order from the A La cart menu card. Though I must add here that the quality of the food served at the restaurant was excellent.
