We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this extraordinary hotel for two nights, and it was, without a doubt, the most enchanting experience we've ever had. It’s a quite designer hotel, new and modern in such area (10-15mins walk to the city center). Breakfast is good and staff are extremely nice. The hotel has elevator and air conditioning 👐🏻

Perfect position, such helpful and friendly staff Huge selection at breakfast buffet and despite being in centre of town, so quiet,thus enabling a great quality of sleep. Certainly to be highly recommended. We booked an extra night to enjoy this lovely town even more!

Great location, minutes walking from the skiing plant. The hotel is extremely warm and comfortable, with a restaurant/bar inside which serves great food. Cosy atmosphere, all in wood with a fireplace in the restaurant. Powerful showers and clean rooms.

I would give Matteo even larger smiley than this booking rating has. He was amazing host; took good care of us, made us breakfast the time we wanted - he brought even bigger coffee pan for the next day because we drank the smaller one so fast -, shared cool stories and just the way he greeted everyone made us feel welcomed. And the house was so clean and renovated with good taste. Little chilly at the springtime so bring your woollen socks! Loved all the details and art around the house. The village was beautiful and the local bar was cute. We would definitely recommend the place!

We planned to leave around 6am. The host (Elisabetta) was so kind to prepare breakfast for us. Given how early we would wake up, we did not expect this generousity. She was very friendly and gave advice about where to go, etc. The rooms were clean. We had comfortable beds - really nice house. The view of the area and the mountains were spectacular.

Salvatore was nice since the beginning and promptly took me of from the train station to the apartment, so I didn't need to walk all the way through with my bags. The place is very spacious and comfortable, also it is very close to everything you might see in Biella. Full of restaurants and coffees nearby, also very close to the funicular. Salvatore also passes a list of recommendations for you.
