Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Very sympathetic restoration of old building. Good breakfast choice. Air conditioning much appreciated given outside temperatures of over 35 Celsius. Our visit coincided with a music festival which added to the atmosphere.

Breakfast was mostly pastry, cereal and juice but perfectly fine. Cappucino and coffee was very good. Very resonable pricing. Easy walk to Conversano historic area.

Firstly, Annalisa was a fantastic host! Very friendly.
Great, central location with the commune centre at your fingertips.
The room was larger than expected and had a sofa to lounge on!
There is air con, but take a few hours (in our room) to actually cool it down. My mum and her partner stayed in another room in the same building and the air con worked perfectly fine.
Showers were powerful and complimentary toiletries provided
Use of a kitchen area and fridge/freezer to keep food/drink cold.

It is a beautiful town in rural Puglia, small with a stunning cathedral and ancient castle fort. It also has an interesting monastery and art school. Its history dates back to the 6th C BC . Beautiful for a day stay, lovely at night when most the locals enjoy the many excellent restaurants in the many open spaces.

Lovely quiet town with a charming centro storico.
Lovely quiet town with a charming centro storico. Very friendly, variety of restaurant choices. It's a little cooler and breezier than the coastal towns, which makes it a nice place to cool down in the summer.
There is a castle, nice museums, good shops, and definitely hit up della Corte for a perfect cappuccino, or a nice pranzo.
Public transit is by bus only right now - 15 minutes from Polignano a Mare.
They started upgrading the train tracks in early part of COVID lockdown - locals anticipate it taking years to be active again.
Great people watching at Piazza Castello, and do walk the park at Villa Giuseppe Garibaldi.

Great place if you want an authentic italian town that feels alive & has barely any tourists. Perfect! It had affordable prices in restaurants - actually half of the other more known towns. I really recommend this city if you need a place to eat and are on the way through :)

Conversano is an friendly and interesting town with a fascinating historic ‘old town’. Well located for access to Bari airport ( approx. 30 minutes drive) and a great base for exploring more of Puglia.
My family and I spent four days in this wonderful apartment. I rarely write praise, but I was delighted with this apartment! This apartment is a reflection of how to show respect to a guest. Spacious, homely and clean apartment. Towels and bed linen are free. Parking is provided in front of the entrance. A terrace in the shade, in front of it a beautiful garden, where the daughters could pick delicious, healthy fruit every morning. Big thank you to the owner of the apartment, Francesco! Worth a visit!
Room was big. Very clean and comfortable. Seemed like a newly renovated place so very clean and tidy surroundings. Some nice olive trees. Host was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great. Host even made us some cooked food (eggs and bacon). Pool was awesome and was nice to relax after some day trips out. Keira and Raja (the resident dogs) were friendly additions to the stay. Good location and very quiet. Only a few minute drive into conversano and 15 minutes to polignano a mare.
We enjoyed our stay at Conversano and surroundings because this appartment is located perfectly !! Everything in the appartment is great, a lot of space, very modern and clean. Parking along the building, very convenient. Our host was always quick responding on any questions and check in was very easy.
