Owners came to help when we got a little lost & were quick to sort out a problem with the hot water. They went out of their way to give us a personal breakfast. Just a shame they couldn’t stop the rain & blow away the fog
Located in Linguaglossa, 9.3 mi from Giardini Naxos, Etnaglossa features a restaurant and free WiFi. The location was very central and the room was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect location to get to Mt. Etna to hike or to visit the wineries, and there are some very good wineries right in Linguaglossa. The hosts/staff were very easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. The room had a great balcony and there was access to a beautiful rooftop deck. The communal kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay. Nice place!

A really interesting historic town with a local community who is really trying to provide a great artistic/cultural and culinary experience. Loved the murals and the contemporary art gallery. Great shops with local produce; superb restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and very helpful and friendly people. There are a lot of old abandoned buildings but fascinating to walk around the back streets. Being on a good train and bus route easy to get about by public transport but also would be a great base to explore the area by car or excursion.
I loved it. It is a lovely clean small town with wonderful surroundings. You are near Mt. Etna, Catania, Randazzo, and Taormina which is just magical. Also very safe. Town has everything you need for your stay. It is also perfect for a short stay if you just what some quiet time.
We rebooked the hotel for the end of our trip. I bet that says it all. The place was a remote villa with good quality facilities. I miss the breakfast. It wasn’t the best we’ve ever had but it was good enough.
Lovely place. My only gripe is the Trattoria needs to be more courteous to retuning customers. And the Receptionist at the Pennisi could have been more welcoming. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
We went to LINGUAGLOSSA because we wanted to visit MT ETNA so the location was perfect. When we arrived in the afternoon everything was closed down so initial impression was it was a bit gloomy. But when we went back into the centre later on, the town had taken on a whole new vibrancy because people were out and about the the shutters were up showing a different look to the town. They have an street art project and the paintings on the buildings were great and well worth seeing.
absolutely beautiful hotel, calming and peaceful as it was remote and in a nature reserve. The pool is beautiful (but freezing!) and lunch by the pool under the olive trees heavenly. The food was excellent, the staff so friendly and helpful. Very covid safe. The bedroom was beautiful, spacious and the bathroom, the shower particularly absolutely excellent. They also produce their own excellent wine and olive oil. Even room service was immaculate.
I strongly recommend this property. The room was very spacious and clean. A well-maintained property. It is situated in a good location in Linguaglossa. Renato, the son of the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. He was all the time available and he always gave us good advice. We liked everything about the villa. We have no complaints because it was really good value for money!
Very nice owners, very willing to help with information about the area and also other places on the island. The accommodation was very clean, good airconditioning, good breakfast and very nice pool. The view on the mountains is beautiful and the hotel is at walking distance from the centre of the village.
We had a great stay in Linguaglossa thanks to a fantastically welcoming host and a nice apartment. It was everything we had hoped and expected, and then some. We hope to come back in the future and enjoy more of what Linguaglossa can offer.
Linguaglossa is a cute little town far from the touristic hotspots that populate Sicily. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching locals enjoy there daily life on the piazza in front of the house.
Beautiful and well-appointed room; excellent bathroom; superb garden and pool area looking on to Mount Etna and next door to Hotel Neri. Private. Delicious breakfast
The tranquility of the hotel is beyond expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Everything was perfect.
The restaurant and its staff is great - and fantastic value for money. Hotel itself is very stylish.
Very beautiful views from the hotel and the surroundings
