I was upgraded to a superior room with a balcony with a fabulous view - perfect for watching far off lightning at nite. Best of all - the hotel has a wonderful private park with a very sleek, modern pool. It was icy but perfect for a hot afternoon. I had it all to myself and felt like a contessa!

We stayed here for three weeks while husband was on the dig in Carsulae, about 4 kms from SanGemini. The room had enough wardrobe space with drawers- really important when staying a long time. Air con worked perfectly and wifi strength was really good. A small kitchenette with fridge, stove and sink was available for sharing, making tea / coffee and warming up leftovers. Good pressure in the shower. Bed large and comfortable. Manager Luigi was friendly and available to help. Breakfast vouchers were given for use at a Bar Paretti just down the street. Bar Paretti is a popular meeting point for locals to have coffee, pastries, wine/ beer and the best homemade gelato in Italy! Going back to to stay here at the B&B next year!
