Our host, Geraldo, was above and beyond the greatest host we’ve ever experienced. He went out of his way constantly to assure that we had the perfect stay. This town is nothing special but it is convenient to the birthplace of my parents. Ariano Irpino is too difficult to find a simple hotel so we chose this location. The room was simple but perfect. The restaurant served one of our best meals of this trip. And the prices were sinfully small. Think if the best Holiday Inn Express ,but with a super high quality restaurant with better food than grand mother's best.
