The hotel grounds were really charming to us. There were birdcages, nice garden, and the stairs lead to a rocky sea platform. We could not swim but saw fine fish from there. We were so surprised about the beauty of this place. The rooms are OK, the restaurant was truly fantastic, so was the waitstaff. We would come again.

Breakfast was good. To improve on the ackee/salt fish, improve flavor by adding some small fried bacon pieces, tomatoes. I would pick out the bones too.

this hotel was nice & staff were kind. the girls working at the front desk had good energy & always had a smile on their face. location was great, with Syb’s & Soldiers right by the hotel & mahogany beach. simple, clean and comfortable. :)

It located just next to the Caribbean sea. We go snorkeling every afternoon. It also very close to down town, we walk round the downtown area looking for dinners. Our room has a balcony with good view.

The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

Everything. I literally had no problem and best believe if I did it would’ve been stated. The host was extremely patient and kind. I felt at home and at peace. The room was everything and it smelled sooooo good. 10/10 highly recommend.
