Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and serious concern regarding the unacceptable condition of Apartment 10 during my stay. Upon arrival and through my time here, I have discovered multiple significant issues that make the apartment unsuitable for guests: • Cooking facilities are dirty and not in working order • This morning I found mouse droppings inside the microwave, and I witnessed a rodent in the apartment last night • The fans are not functioning at all • The television only operates via YouTube and cannot be used for normal viewing • The toilet does not flush properly I am extremely unhappy that this apartment has been presented as suitable for visitors. These issues are basic health, hygiene and maintenance matters that should have been checked and resolved before any guest arrived. The current state of the apartment means I cannot feel safe, comfortable or properly accommodated here. I ask that you attend to these problems immediately, or arrange suitable alternative accommodation and an appropriate adjustment to my booking. I look forward to your urgent response.

The apartment (studio) itself was large, very clean (thanks to Sandra), Furniture a bit outdated, dark and chunky, though I myself dont't mind dark furniture, it could do with upgrading. There were several little irritants which could have been avoided, e.g. the large fridge freezer (which we asked for) did not work at first and although the owner of the property arranged for it to be fixed, it never worked properly (warm rather than cold) the entire time we were there. It was very noisy 24/7, although we got used to it during the day at night it was very noticeable. There were one or two other little niggles but the owner soon have those sorted. He was always contactable, very easy to talk to and very accommodating.; and most importantly, easy to get hold of via phone or text. Sandra worked tirelessly to keep the apartment very clean, and was very courteous and friendly, along with good knowledge of the ups and downs of Jamaica.

Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps. The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour. The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively. Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove. I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast.

It located just next to the Caribbean sea. We go snorkeling every afternoon. It also very close to down town, we walk round the downtown area looking for dinners. Our room has a balcony with good view.

Staff very pleasant and extremely accommodating special shout out to Rihanna, Joy, and Shanniaque. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels soaps etc and smelled fabulous when Joy was finished. Rooms had air conditioning fridge and microwave and safety deposit box. Bed very comfortable.

The Sago hotel is a place that you fall in love with. The reception staff are friendly and make sure you are comfortable. There is a vibe of a family atmosphere at the hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. The cleaners are friendly and do a great job. We had breakfast each morning, with a choice of Jamaican cuisine or various other things like omelets with different meat or vegan options. The hotel had a swimming pool, a gym and a health spa. The location is around the corner from the beach and the main life of Ocho Rios. I would recommend this hotel to anyone... 15/10

Jamaica inn is a delightful experience. The entire facility is very well designed with a number of places to spend time, multiple environments for dining, and plenty of activities both and off site. It never feels like the resort is packed. It is a quiet and very relaxing environment, and trends towards an older clientele, but if that's what you're seeking - it's the perfect option.
