The private beach is paradise and the view from the bedroom is beautiful! Breakfast was good and it was great to have a restaurant in the hotel.

Good value for the price! I was able to book transportation from Montego Bay airport with the hotel for me and my adult son; along with our 3 checked bags, personal items and carryon for $60.00 U.S. I needed a stop over hotel just to be able to unpack our suitcases for my 10 siblings. The hotel had everything we needed to be comfortable. I am glad that there was mesh on their windows, air conditioning, good wifi, fridge and a microwave. Everything worked beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful, personable and accommodating. We ate dinner at Soldiers Restaurant which was within a 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. We has a very simple breakfast the next morning at the hotel before being picked up by family. Moving forward, Pineapple Court will be my newly stop over place to stay in Ochie. A great big thank you to all of the staff at Pineapple Court for working so hard in the heat to make our stay a success!🤗

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken to ensure everything was spotless and well-prepared. The entire space was exceptionally clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. The linens were fresh and high quality, and I was able to rest peacefully in the night. Miss Dorothy was an outstanding host. She was warm, welcoming, and very responsive to any questions I had. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—10/10. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-hosted place to stay.

It located just next to the Caribbean sea. We go snorkeling every afternoon. It also very close to down town, we walk round the downtown area looking for dinners. Our room has a balcony with good view.

Great location in the Sandcastles resort. So this is someone's condo inside the resort and the resort rents it out while the people are away. It’s on the main street very near the cruise terminal, many stores, restaurants and tourist traps. The beach is a fenced out public beach but you get access for free with your resort bracelet. Unlike in Negril, you can't just wander to the beach at any hour. The resort has a pool with a mini water slide and a bar with live music at night. It gets lively. Since it's a condo, the wifi somes with the condo, it doesn't work in the full resort. The kitchen is equiped with a fridge and a stove. I used the resort's laundry service, they were courteous and fast.

Quality was great. Bees were a surprise but did room service.

Our host Carlton was absolutely fantastic, going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location on the cliff edge is perfect and the hotel is beautifully designed coming down to the water edge with many interesting nooks to sit and enjoy the view. The bar&terrace area is also lovely, again with the fantastic view.

The Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.
