First impression means a lot, the host was well mannered and courteous. I have stay in a few places in my travels, easily it was the beat apartment I have stayed in, very spacious and clean. The deco was of the highest standard I will certainly be making recommendations to my friends on my return to the UK.

It was the perfect size for a couple. Little kitchen with whatever we needed inside so we could cook. Neighborhood felt safe and clean. Security community was nice. Quiet surroundings and nice back yard area to sit in and relax.

The location was easy to access, on arrival we were greeted with warm smiles, the snacks and stuff provided for breakfast were appreciated, place was calm and peaceful, this was home away from home. Highly recommended

The location is excellent very secured. I saw both unit 4 and 2 the both of them are lovely but unit 2 was fabulous the place is very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop it's a blast lovely view up there and very private.

I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

- Super firendly and helpful host who supported us with advice for Trips and when we Had issues with our Scooter - Spaceous rooms with everything you need, even a Coffee machine where we could have our First non-instant Coffee - Veranda in Front of the room and roof top terrace were awesome - die to its rather secluded Location within the villlage you get a far more local experience and be able to get in contact with local people living in Falmouth

I wanted rest and relaxation. The hotel provided that.

I wanted rest and relaxation. The hotel provided that. The food was good. I ate at the Jamaican restaurant and at Martha's Market. I loved the food there! The trip was too short to try the others. I will try them next time. The grounds are very clean. The staff is friendly. And the retro show was show-stopping!

Ocean coral spring was a beautiful experience.

Ocean coral spring was a beautiful experience. Beautiful modern facilities with a breathtaking lobby area. Lawns were beautifully manicured and the service was stellar! Thanks for having my husband and I.

Great food and great location but many of the OEB privileged...

Great food and great location but many of the OEB privileged lounge staff were rude. Be sure to make reservations on your first day. The restaurants were great and they had some wonderful activities. Love the resort but if I went back I am not sure I would do privilege as outside of the welcome staff - the privilege lounge staff were rude and not helpful.

Karlene from the lobby bar was the BEST !!!! She was always smiling and very polite she made u feel very welcoming she help with dinner reservations for me & my wife as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary she even came to check on us So shout out to Karlene !!! Thank u

I love the location of this resort, I love the mountains...

I love the location of this resort, I love the mountains surrounding the resort. I did not venture off the resort, however, the view that I had on the way from the airport was not one that would compel me to want to live there it must have been in transition because there were mounds and mounds of dirt and disassembled houses. But the area surrounding the property wasn't too bad.
