Hotels near Mitoma

The mini getaway from city life. Many of its customers are local japanese people, not foreigners. No random chinese with kids making loud noises, running around, etc etc, where you really want to just tell them off that this is Japan, and have to be mindful about the surroundings. Hot spring water is fully modernise and equipped with proper sauna and icy cold water for you to experience the full proper cycle of onsen. And unlike many hot spring, this is quiet, stayed for 5 days 4 night, at no point in time I felt that it was overcrowded despite the fact that the facilities is shared with 358UMI guest. I can easily count the number of guest in the spring water bath area with 1 hand at any given point in time.

The room was amazing. Spacious, large windows yet private, nice relaxing decor. The quality and range of the breakfast buffet was superb.

The tatami room was a nice touch in the house. Location is 5min walk to train station and supermarket.

We had a really good stay at LuxurySweet East72. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station and very convenient for getting around. It felt close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well maintained. The bathroom amenities were great, and the shower was amazing—definitely a standout. The washing machine, air conditioning, and drying room were all extremely useful, especially with kids and rainy weather. The free Wi-Fi was also reliable, and overall the facilities matched what was listed. We also really appreciated the host allowing us to store our luggage before check-in, which helped a lot as we arrived in the rain. Communication was good, and when we mentioned the bed comfort, they kindly provided a mattress topper, which was appreciated. A few things to note for future guests: While the listing states it can accommodate up to 7 people (with 2 beds and 3 futons), we found the space quite tight for a larger group. It would be much more comfortable for around 4 people. There wasn’t really enough room to fully lay out all the futons at once. The beds are very firm, which may not suit everyone at first, although we did adjust over time and actually found it supportive. The kitchen is equipped, but there was limited cutlery (only enough for around 2 people), which made things a bit tricky for a larger group. The clothes rack was also quite small, so drying multiple loads of washing took some planning. Overall, this is a great, clean apartment with excellent amenities in a fantastic location. It’s ideal for smaller groups or families who don’t mind a more compact space. With a few small improvements to match the advertised capacity, it would easily be a 5-star stay.
