The owner gave very clear instructions on how to use the door code to get into the apartment and quick response to accommodate your request The place is very clean and tidy and has all facilities to accommodate your requirements. I stayed for 3 nights, and it was really lovely. It's a short walk from the airport and perfect for my 3am flight, and you can get the cheap frequent bus into the city centre. There are supermarkets nearby, and also a good cafe called AruEsh selling central Asian food (5 minutes walk - I really liked their borscht). It's a very local feeling area - not touristy. The owner is lovely, with great communication. The apartment is very comfortable, especially the bed, which is so so so comfy, I was sad when I had to stop sleeping in it. There is a lovely hot shower, a washing machine, a little balcony to dry your clothes, good wifi. I have no complaints. Everything was great! Exactly what I was looking for.

Situated in Almaty, 7.5 km from Almaty 1 Train Station and 12 km from Almaty Central Mosque, 5 min to Airport offers air conditioning.

The host is amazing. she was waiting for us at 3.30 a.m. in the morning and was very welcoming. although there was language barrier , we communiated well through google translate. She helped us a lot to find a taxi and waited for us for almost half an hour facilitating the communication with the drivers in kazak language. we really liked the hospitality, the property is clean and has AC in the living room. bathroom is a bit small but it was managable as we stayed only for few hours. She aslo left drinking water for us and we needed it at early hours. It is about 15 min walk form the airport.
