Relatively new, lovely staff, food excellent and a great wellness area.

The location is supreme. And the hotel itself is very nice. The self check-in is very easy and no keys needed.

Simple and great value for money. Loved the amenities that came with the apartment. There is a gym and a spa. Ski room for during winter. Walking distance to bus stop, a lot of parking spaces available. Had everything we needed. We had a great view of the town and enjoyed our stay here. Really appreciated the premium guest card, thank you!

Very good hotel for families with small children

Sauna, breakfast, big room, and great location above the foggy valley for great Mountain View and sun shine. Staff at breakfast were really nice. Interior decorations were neat too

Good communication, we were arriving late but they welcomed us and the kitchen stayed open long enough for us to have fabulous cream of cauliflower soup, goulash and fresh asparagus. Delicious late dinner after long day traveling. Comfortable warm room Great shower. Superb breakfast buffet 3 types homemade creamy yogurt, jams, breads, cut meats and cheeses. LOVELY coffee and selection teas. Couldn't recommend this more. Incredible views.

Fantastic welcome from the staf.

The room and the bathroom were very big and spacious. Big comfortable bed. The window view was towards the main square and the castle on the hill. The location is just near the town hall. No issues with any facilities, nor during check-in - the machine worked perfectly, I just entered my name and ID, selected the number of keys I needed, payed with my credit card and it issues my room card. There was a family before me, thou, which struggled with the machine check-in getting some mandatory field which no one could understand what they were, and there was no staff to help. The breakfast was diverse. They also have a small wellness in the basement which you can use for free - it only has one sauna and some lounge beds but you can drink tea and eelax in the nice atmosphere. There are lockers to leave your luggage after check-out (you need 1 CHF or 1 EUR which you get back once you collect your luggage).
