Nice hotel in a nice location, away from noisy streets, but close enough to reach everything on foot. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished,... you even get pool towels and a rack to dry your stuff. The pool was nice and clean, just perfect to cool off after a hot day. The breakfast was really good and plentifull. Parking is also available for your tuk-tuk or a scooter.

The facility is amazing and what makes the stay most comfortable and memorable are the staff who are very well mannered and kind , always ready to serve with a smile. I had an incredible experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was perfect, the shower had great water pressure. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was outstanding. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room fresh and tidy every day. The staff were the highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel at home the whole time. The food was another pleasant surprise. Whether it was breakfast, room service, or the restaurant meals, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety was great and they clearly care about quality. The facilities were top-notch.the pool area was relaxing, and all the shared spaces felt inviting and well maintained. It’s clear the hotel invests in keeping everything in excellent condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and high-quality experience.

We had an extended stay at the Lum Residence and can readily recommend the property. We loved our room, which had all the right amenities and shelving, the pool, and that there was an on-site restaurant. We loved the location of the property, approximately 700 metres from Kabalana Beach and nearby eateries and coffee shops, and a short walk (15-25 minutes) or tuk-tuk ride into Ahangama Centre.
