A peaceful place surrounded by green paddy fields. The rooftop pool was amazing, and the fresh air was so relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always smiling. The restaurant at the property was a great bonus, so we didn’t have to go far for a good meal.

Thanks for allowing us to check in earlier. The staff gave us welcome drinks, also they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, thanks for this hospitality, especially the guy named Nıtik! This is cozy hotel with a clean swimming pool in the jungle. The WiFi worked well, the breakfast was also good. Every day they cleaned our room, changed the bed linen and gave us clean towels. The air conditioner works good.

We booked the President’s Suite with a bathtub and absolutely loved our room. It was truly fantastic. One of our favorite moments was relaxing in the bathtub while watching birds and even bats outside – such a unique and memorable experience. The pool was very large, well-maintained, and pleasantly heated, which made it perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The location by the lake is beautiful and idyllic, adding to the peaceful atmosphere of the property. We really liked the entire facility and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The value for money was also very good. There was a small misunderstanding at check-out regarding the Booking.com conditions about whether breakfast was included or not. It was surely just a minor misunderstanding and did not significantly affect our overall experience. Thank you for the wonderful stay – we truly enjoyed it.

Absolutely outstanding value for money! The service is exceptional and every detail feels worth far more than the price. Emally and Nadish are top-notch—always ready to accommodate any request with warmth and efficiency. They truly make the whole experience seamless and memorable.

The place is beautiful and staff are amazing!

The ambience is very good and very courteous staff . Went out of the way to serve us what we wanted

The accommodation with a brilliant position on a fabulous beach with excellent staff made our stay one to remember. John the owner was so helpful during our stay, above and beyond. Thanks to all for providing a great finish to a remarkable first visit to Sri Lanka, we will be back.

Quite, long and clean beach where I can see both sunrise and sunset. No shacks, shops or fisherman village on the beach. Beach front villa. Clean good food.

It was a wonderful stay. Realy amazing location right by the ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. Also breakfast was fresh and tasty. I hope to come back soon. Special thanks to the staff - very helpful and friendly

had an amazing stay there! such a nice place to relax, the room was beautiful, staff was friendly and I loved the pool area. I ordered two meals and both were excellent and fairly priced. Would highly recommend staying there

RKO Villa is a little away from the bigger towns, but still within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, and it's just a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. Very convenient for a more authentic experience. The standout of RKO Villa was the manager, Lahiru, who made my stay AMAZING. He was so helpful, so kind and so thoughtful - making whatever I wanted for breakfast at whatever time I wanted, and showing me hard to find local spots and excellent driving when I wanted a change of location. The Villa itself has a nice roof for lounging and a shared space if you don't always want to be in your room.

The Flute Mansion must be one of the most beautiful villas - in the most perfect location - in Sri Lanka. This new boutique hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and local charme. The staff is very helpful, the food delicious. I recommend to book the Junior Suite with Ocean View like I did ... mine came with two large balconies just a few metres away from the rolling sea. Magic !
