We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and caring, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious and luxurious studio on the top floor. The room was spotlessly clean and included a well-equipped kitchen with a mini dishwasher, though we didn’t end up using it. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the on-site free parking was a great convenience. Overall, we enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful, and very comfortable experience. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. There were no hot items apart from eggs. However, we appreciated that the front desk staff actively sought our feedback and expressed a genuine interest in improving. It's also worth noting that the landscaping is still being completed and a second building is under construction. Once all the work is finished, this property has the potential to be truly perfect.

Rooms were good, breakfast was great and the bread was exceptional! They accommodated our bikes, including an outlet to charge an ebike. We booked rooms with "shared bathroom" but it was shared for 3 rooms only, with separate shower room from toilet. The bathrooms were spotless clean and modern. The restaurant on site was also very good - which is good as there isn't anything else in close distance.

Location is gorgeous, there's an amazing walking trail right next to the park. Cabin was well equipped and clean. Interior was cozy and comfortable. Parking right next to the cabin is a huge plus.

It was overall a good experience at your hotel.

It was overall a good experience at your hotel. Maybe it is more romantic in the winter because we had bad luck with the weather, it was rainy and colder than it normal is for the month of May. I liked the idea behind the hotel to make it like a luxurious castle and then with SPA and modern facilities. It was very crowdy which I didn't expect for end of May. The inside isolation was not good but outside isolation was perfect. The room was very warm even without turning on the air-con. But once more, please, think about on adding some small details for people who bring their first night like married couple. A small card should have been more personal!

Our stay was mostly on par with expectations. There was, though, a few hiccups but nothing alarming. More like… funny incidents. Generally a place I would definitely not hesitate to visit again. Made my 50y birthday very memorable, and the ambiance and overall impression of Urspelt was nothing short of spectacular. One of the receptionist did us a very dear and personal favor that you could not officially expect them to. We are very grateful.

Beautiful Château hotel in a lovely peaceful location. We were lucky with the weather in early June and were able to use the lovely outdoor pool. Dinner was superb and our room was extremely comfortable with a view over the countryside. What made it for us was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

Such a special stay at this hotel. Room, food, service was exceptional. We actually got stuck during a snow fall and theycame to collect us. Just fantastic. Spa was really good as well. Location and the use of free public transport can get you to the local town and into Luxembourg. So easy.

Great spa in the form of a cave, but also dry and wet saunas, hotel itself is Luxembourg national monument. Dinner restaurant was also excellent, with haut cuisine.
