Minimalistic stylish, spotless clean, incredible kind and warm-hearted staff. Riad was near the monkey fingers and the zik-zak route. We stayed for one night and had a very good dinner at the riad. All this at a very reasonable price

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are super clean as is the entire hotel and the service is amazing. The food was the best we had during our trip and our two hosts Mohammed and Abdelatif were truly awesome. An amazing place that we certainly do recommend to everyone visiting this region.

We felt very much at home at this calm and tastefully decorated guesthouse. Host Youssef does everything here to ensure you have a wonderful time: He cooks delicious dinners (optional and great value), serves a diverse breakfast and can even competently guide you through the nearby canyons on an adventurous walking tour. The location is perfect too - half way between the 'monkey fingers' and the famous hairpin bend road followed by the narrow Dades gorge. The fruit and vegetable gardens by the river just behind the house are beautiful too and worth a stroll.

The owner and his family went out of their way to give our family an excellent stay. The fact that it's also off the beaten track is also a big plus. We came in late, and the owner, who turned out to be an amazing cook made us an amazing dinner. We even got invited into the kitchen to learn more about certain dishes. The next morning we enjoyed a Berber style breakfast and were sent off with some pancakes for on the road.

Ait Idaïr is a must go hotel located in Dades. Everyone should spend the night here. The managers were incredible, breakfast pretty impressive (best one we had by far in marocco), the atmosphere is amazing bad well.
