Very nice and clean room. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent food and less than 10 min walk to anse marcel beach, a very uncrowded beach.

Everything simply worked really well. Very welcoming and helpful, rooms are spacious and very clean, rooms have everything one needs incl great shower, great breakfast area with a nice pool, felt very welcome, at home, and safe.

Room was very light airy and loads of room . Staff were great.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and a nice pool

I LOVED THE FOOD, EXCEPTIONAL FOOD. The staff was super kind and sweet especially Lucas and ShuShu, Marigot (all Bartenders). The view of the sunset was amazing and the the quietness of it all was so relaxing.

It is as it says. Sint Maarten is the friendly island. The staff was accommodating and you can even have a good laugh with them. We enjoyed our stay here. There was everything you needed. From morning breakfast to dinner. From spending day time by the pool or the beach to entertainment in the evening. There were different cuisine every night. Mexican, Italian, Asian. There is even a gym, 3 pools. Mini mart. Spa.Definitely coming back here.

Emmanuel, Marion and their team were consistently professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We were captivated by the stylish and beautiful design elements that permeated every corner of the hotel. The attention to detail in the décor is truly commendable, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. We had the most wonderful time - it was truly memorable, and we so look forward to returning in the future!

Wow! What a beautiful boutique hotel…the calm beauty of the place is immediate as you enter …accommodation was stunning with a bay view and private plunge pool, thoughtfully spaced out with plenty of storage and a full fridge on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the host - all questions were answered swiftly via whatsapp (ie restaurant bookings / taxis etc) They also have a private boat transfer everyday for guests to Pinnel Island - and will also reserve sunbeds and lunch for you at the restaurant We Loved the 'Fish' signal for breakfast (if you know you know!) : ) - All wonderfully served daily by Silvana who has a wonderful energy, a true gem and a great asset to the hotel. Would return in a heartbeat (and definitely were ready to leave!!)

Great value for money and the staff were great.

The room I stayed in on the ground floor had a wonderful balcony with sun loungers facing the pool and ocean view. The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.

Everything i been staying at PRINCESS HEIGHTS for years and is always pleased ..never fome in contact with staff othercthan at the check-in process with the receptionist .Very pleasant and professional 👌. Place very quite and peaceful no disruption never see other guess itsvlike we are the only occupants 😄.Just love ❤️ this place.
