Amazing location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the lake shore and surrounded by mountains for a quick hike too! I loved it here! The host, Ider is a very friendly person and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best.

The location was perfect for walking around town or down to the lake. Additionally multiple supermarkets and banks are only a 3 minute walk away. Additionally the owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

It's a relatively new resort, and the owner is very warm and generous. The room is very clean and the lake scenery are do beautiful and original, and it's worth a visit! What's more, the owner's oral English is very well and communication is very convenient!!

We had a wonderfull stay in Dalai Eej resort thanks to Enerzaya and her very kind team. It was confortable ans peacefull. Food was good and location is exceptional. The sauna was definitely a bonus. Thanks again to the whole team .

I spent a free afternoon exploring Hatgal.

I spent a free afternoon exploring Hatgal. It is well worth the visit. The market is great for souvenirs. They sell animal furs, bones, and local foodstuffs like smoked fish. I tried out the local specialty "fish khuushuur," which was a unique experience. Locals recommended I check out a site of recovered underwater wrecks. As a history buff, it was fascinating to walk around the rusty vehicles and read the signs in English explaining their history. The stores sell basic camping equipment, such as flashlights, meat skewers and beers. Had I more time, I would have also checked out the local museum.
